Disconnect QuickBooks

This page is the official Disconnect URL registered with Intuit for PCLAW MIGRATE. You can land here from QuickBooks → Apps → Connected apps, or by clicking the link directly.

Two ways to disconnect

  1. From QuickBooks Online: sign in to QuickBooks, open AppsMy Apps (or SettingsApps and integrations) and click Disconnect next to PCLAW MIGRATE. This revokes the app's access at Intuit. We recommend doing this and the in-app disconnect below for a clean removal.
  2. From PCLAW MIGRATE: sign in to your firm workspace, then click Disconnect below to revoke the stored OAuth tokens server-side. The encrypted tokens are deleted immediately. Journal entries already posted to QuickBooks are not deleted — they remain in your QuickBooks company until you reverse or remove them there.

Sign in to manage connections

To disconnect from inside PCLAW MIGRATE, you need to sign in to your firm workspace first. We never store QuickBooks credentials, only an encrypted refresh token tied to a specific firm.

What disconnecting does not do

  • It does not delete or reverse any JournalEntry records PCLAW MIGRATE already posted to QuickBooks. Those stay in your QBO company until you reverse them in PCLAW MIGRATE or delete them in QuickBooks.
  • It does not remove your firm workspace, uploaded files, or import history from PCLAW MIGRATE.
  • It does not remove duplicate-import protection. If you reconnect later and try to upload the same file to the same QuickBooks company, the duplicate guard still blocks it.
